- PLEASE NOTE: If you don’t already have an appropriate Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, we are required to apply for one on your behalf. You will need to pay for this but the cost is fully refundable after successfully completing your probation period.
Before starting
- You will be required to undertake 2 full days’ pre-employment assessment training (one day in-person, one online via Zoom) to check your suitability for the role. The online day of training will be regarding your specialism such as Dementia, Brain Injury, Learning Disabilities or Home care. The live, in-person training involves moving and handling, administering medication, first aid and general training.
- Two employment references and one character reference are required.
