Job Description

Job Title: Partnerships Manager

Location: SweetTree Home Care Services - Coleridge House, 1 Coleridge Gardens, London NW6 3QH
Schedule:  Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. 37.5 hours weekly
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per annum
Employment Type: Full-time

Purpose of the Role:
At SweetTree, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional support to individuals with Brain Injuries, Neurological Conditions, Learning Disabilities, and those utilising our Farm Services. As a Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth and fostering relationships with new clients and partners, acting as the initial and main point of contact for new enquiries, meeting and assessing clients, and becoming intrinsically involved in finding solutions for key working partners whilst demonstrating a high level of professionalism, knowledge and empathy. As a Partnerships Manager you will help grow and support our specialist services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the central touchpoint for new enquiries, providing a professional and empathetic experience while promoting SweetTree’s specialist services.
  • Conduct initial assessments to evaluate client needs, working with Support Managers to build customised support packages.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party referrers and key stakeholders.
  • Manage the enquiry process from start to finish, including follow-up communications, managing the CRM, and overseeing brochure distribution.
  • Organise client introductions, assessments, and oversee the onboarding process, ensuring suitable carers are matched with clients.
  • Collaborate with recruitment to ensure support worker availability and appropriate selection for new care packages.
  • Assist with business development, marketing campaigns, and events to increase exposure of SweetTree’s specialist services.
  • Ensure KPI targets for new enquiry conversions are met, continually improving the enquiry process and service quality.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, carers, and partners to ensure excellent service delivery.

Person Specification:
Essential Skills and Experience

  • Essential: Extensive experience in supporting individuals with Brain Injuries, Neurological Conditions, or Learning Disabilities.
  • Essential: A client-focused approach with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Essential: A problem-solving mindset and the ability to devise person-centered strategies for vulnerable individuals.
  • Essential: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Highly Desirable: Relevant care-related qualifications.
  • Desirable: Previous experience in sales or customer service.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
