Dayna has been working in the care field for over 15 years. Her journey in care began when she worked with SEN children before transitioning to adult social care. Her last role was as a Reablement and Care Manager, setting up packages for service users who have come out of hospital and supporting them back to their baseline health, as well as managing ongoing packages in the community.
